The RECA Foundation has been working to meet the technology needs of the greater Tri-Cities area community since 1992. It has helped to establish over 10 technology centers, built and run The Columbia Free-Net, provided refurbished computer equipment to low income families, and helped to build the technology capacity of our local non-profit organizations.
RECA provides the technology, staffing and
volunteers in support of:
- Providing online Health & Human Services information in all counties in Washington State – also see “ In the News”
- Providing online, multi-agency Case Management to 20 providers in Benton/Franklin Counties including non-profit, government, and faith based
- Tapestry – the secure, online software used by 4People
Columbia Basin Public Information Network (CBPIN.org) -
