Message from the President

1997 was a highly successful year for the RECA Foundation. We completely overhauled the Free-Net (now expanded and called The Columbia Free-Net), received our first state grant (from DSHS for a Virtual Developmental Disabilities Center), are getting support from some of the Hanford Contractors , and opened 5 Community Technology Centers.

The year in review and a look at the future can be seen online in the CTCNet Review and our that was given in the Connecting All Americans for the 21st Century conference in Washington, D.C. Running this Presentation will require some high band width and good graphics (1024 x 768 is best). It is best viewed with all toolbars and other aids turned off on your browser. Lower speed connections can select the "text" button (on the far right) and see the text only version.

For a comprehensive look at where we are, don't miss the the Award Winning Tours on the Free-Net.
