RECA Foundation

The RECA Foundation has been working to meet the technology needs of the greater Tri-Cities area community since 1992. RECA receives generous donations from the local community of time, equipment, and support. Fee for service has provided a sustainable model for the RECA Foundation, without being dependent upon grants. Minor grants have been received from Battelle, Verizon Foundation, Bechtel, and Community Block Grant Funding.
